Fengyi Noodle Soup Introduction
Fengyi Mianxian offers traditional Taiwanese snacks such as meatballs, rice cakes, and four-herb soup. Their signature dish is the noodle soup, made with a pork tenderloin meat paste that is marinated and coated in flour before being simmered in a rich bone broth. The small intestines are pre-cleaned and blanched, and then flavored with homemade medicinal wine to remove any gamey taste, resulting in a tender yet chewy texture that is very delicious.
