Starting with selling jerky from a shoulder pole, it evolved into a store after several years, while still adhering to a purely handmade process. Each piece of meat undergoes complex procedures including fat removal, marinating, sifting, and charcoal smoking. Using the freshest meats combined with traditional sauces made from natural ingredients and various medicinal herbs, the restaurant embraces the concept of sharing family meals, allowing everyone to enjoy a comforting taste reminiscent of home-cooked dishes.
