Located in Taichung's coastal area, this restaurant boasts immense popularity and has been practicing traditional kiln-baking techniques for nearly a century. Starting from simply selling dried meat with a shoulder pole, it evolved into a store a few years later, while still adhering to a purely handmade process. Each piece of meat undergoes complex procedures including fat removal, marination, flattening, and charcoal smoking. Using the freshest meats combined with homemade sauces made from natural ingredients and various traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, the restaurant embraces the concept of sharing home-cooked meals, ensuring that everyone can enjoy food that feels safe and comforting, just like a meal prepared at home.
