Each piece of meat undergoes a complex procedure including de-fatting, marinating, sifting, and charcoal smoking. Using the freshest meats, paired with homemade sauces made from natural ingredients and various traditional Chinese herbs, the restaurant aims to share a comforting, home-cooked meal experience with everyone.
