In the Taichung coastal area, this restaurant enjoys immense popularity and has inherited nearly a century-old traditional kiln roasting technique. Starting from selling dried meat while carrying a shoulder pole, it later developed into a shop a few years later, yet it still insists on a purely manual production process. Each piece of meat undergoes a complex procedure of degreasing, marinating, drying, and charcoal smoking to achieve perfection. Using the freshest meat and a family recipe sauce made from natural ingredients and various traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, the restaurant aims to share the concept of family, allowing everyone to enjoy a meal that feels as comforting and safe as home-cooked food.
