Chen Shicheng Introduction
Located in the coastal area of Taichung, this restaurant enjoys immense popularity and has inherited nearly a century-old classical kiln-baking technique. From selling dried meat while carrying a shoulder pole to developing into a storefront years later, it still insists on a purely handmade process. Each piece of meat undergoes a series of complex procedures including fat removal, marinating, flattening, and charcoal smoking. Using the freshest meat combined with homemade sauce made from natural ingredients and various traditional Chinese medicinal herbs, it shares the concept of families, allowing everyone to eat as if it were home-cooked and safe.
