Our restaurant name is pronounced _Le Shi_ (ㄕˊ). The term "Shi" (ㄕˊ) describes clear and transparent water. At Le Shi, we do not add MSG or chicken powder, nor do we use chemical flavorings. We carefully select our ingredients, as if we are taking care of our own family.
