Our restaurant's name is pronounced as "Le Shi" (ㄕˊ). The character 湜 (ㄕˊ) describes water that is clear and transparent. At Le Shi, we do not add MSG or chicken powder to our dishes, nor do we use any chemical flavorings. We carefully select our ingredients with the same care we would use to take care of our family.
