Mu Song Creative Bakery Introduction
Master Liao has traveled around Taiwan, learning and loving baking as an aerial performer. After becoming the son-in-law of Xiluo, he returned to his roots in the simple town of Xiluo, Yunlin County, hoping to bring the creativity of urban baking to the people of Xiluo. The bakery offers different breads every day, and the menu is announced on their Facebook fan page, allowing customers to place orders in advance or come to the store to choose. Using a combination of French, European, Japanese, and Taiwanese baking techniques, along with traditional natural Levain starter, they eliminate artificial sourdough powders and artificially fermented bacteria found in today's market. For texture and wheat flavor, they also employ a naturally fermented old dough passed down by Japanese masters, allowing for 24-hour low-temperature fermentation, which enhances the wheat aroma and chewy texture of every French and European country-style bread. They employ ancient baking methods to replace artificially produced additives and create delicious bread.
