The Zhangli Street End Guardian God Jialan Temple is dedicated to Jialan, an important temple in the Xiluo area. The deity Jialan is regarded similarly to Cheng Huang, overseeing all matters of yin and yang within Xiluo Fort. After the "Xi Ping An" ceremony held at the Jialan Temple on the 18th day of the 10th month of the lunar calendar each year, various settlements can begin to take turns to pay respect to the deity.
