A-Ming Lamb Hot Pot Introduction
For nearly fifty years, A-Ming Lamb Hot Pot has inherited traditional cooking methods, using corporate-managed Taiwanese native lamb, which is tender and sweet without gamey taste. The lamb has a great chewiness, providing an excellent mouthfeel. The lamb dishes at A-Ming Lamb Hot Pot include meat, liver, heart, stomach, and various bones, all prepared in different cooking methods to create many delicious dishes. In response to the more diverse modern tastes and the lighter flavors favored by many, as well as seasonal differences in winter and summer, they have developed two flavors: the more robust "Chinese Herbal Lamb Hot Pot" and the lighter "Ginger Sliced Lamb Hot Pot." Dishes such as stir-fried lamb stomach, thinly sliced lamb, grilled lamb, and rice noodle soup are all worth trying.
