The lamb dishes at A-Ming Lamb Hot Pot include meat, liver, heart, stomach, and mixed bones, which can be prepared in various ways to create many delicious recipes. In response to modern tastes that are more varied and lighter, along with seasonal differences in winter and summer, they have developed two types: the stronger flavored "Chinese Herbal Lamb Hot Pot" and the lighter flavored "Ginger Lamb Hot Pot."
