Tekhoo Bistro & Bar Introduction
A bistro opened by a Chiayi local, where you are welcome to wear shorts! Many say wearing shorts in a restaurant is unacceptable, but at "Le Ning Burger," which features the brand characteristic of "discounts for wearing shorts," they have specially opened a "té khòo" shorts restaurant, inviting everyone to enjoy casual dining and drinking. When I asked the owner, Brother YC, if wearing shorts was a way to justify his love for them, he said: "Absolutely correct." So come on over! Le Ning Burger is regarded as the pride of Chiayi, with locations expanding to Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung, growing into the most powerful local burger brand. Looking back to its founding in 2007, Brother YC and his nutritionist wife started with "thefreen – fresh green living fruits and vegetables." Unexpectedly, the accompanying burgers became immensely popular, leading to a transformation into "Le Ning Burger." Their dream of "sharing the beloved food culture" has never faded. The té khòo shorts restaurant not only revisits the romantic sentiment of "Le Ning's predecessor - the fruits and vegetables store" but is also one of the few restaurants in Chiayi promoting natural wine, welcoming you to come in wearing shorts for a drink!
