A bistro opened by a person from Chiayi welcomes you to wear shorts. Looking back to its founding in 2007, Brother YC and his nutritionist wife started with "thefreen – Fresh Green Live Fruits and Vegetables," but unexpectedly, the accompanying hamburgers became very popular, leading to the transformation into "Le Ning Hamburger," keeping alive the dream of "sharing beloved dining culture."
