Tekhoo Bistro & Bar Introduction
A bistro bar run by locals from Chiayi welcomes you to wear shorts. Many believe wearing shorts in restaurants is not acceptable, but Le Ning Hamburger features the unique branding of "shorts discount," and has specially opened a té khòo shorts restaurant for everyone to enjoy casual dining and drinking. When asked privately by the owner, Brother YC, if he rationalizes his love for wearing shorts, he said: "Absolutely correct." So everyone, come on over! Le Ning Hamburger is regarded as the pride of Chiayi, with branches expanding to Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, and Kaohsiung, becoming the strongest local hamburger brand. Reflecting back to its founding in 2007, Brother YC and his nutritionist wife started with "thefreen – Fresh Green Living Fruits and Vegetables," but were surprised to find the attached hamburgers became incredibly popular. After transforming into "Le Ning Hamburger," the dream of "sharing the beloved dining culture" has never faded. The té khòo shorts restaurant not only revisits the romantic sentiment of "Le Ning's predecessor - the fruit and vegetable shop," but is also one of the few restaurants in Chiayi that promotes natural wines.
