The high-quality hydroponic vegetables come directly from contracted farms, avoiding third-party wholesalers, resulting in an abundant supply. Among the many brunch spots in Chiayi, Small Plate offers a diverse and generous quantity of fresh salads. The owner's pride is the signature "Fried Pudding French Toast," made by slowly frying French bread dipped in egg mixture to a golden, fragrant crust. Inside, it is moist and delicate, making one wonder: is there pudding added? Surprisingly, there isn’t, but the texture is reminiscent of pudding, hence the name. They also offer a rare "Homemade Fresh Yogurt Cup," made with Guangquan Family Milk, free from chemical additives, natural and pure, with many customers often ordering three cups at a time.
