The owner proudly presents the signature "Pan-Fried Pudding French Toast," made by dipping French bread in egg mixture and frying it slowly, resulting in a golden, crispy exterior and a moist, delicate interior that makes one wonder: is there pudding added? The surprising answer is no, but the texture resembles it, hence the name.
