The owner is particularly proud of their signature "Pan-fried Pudding French Toast," made by soaking French bread in egg mixture and pan-frying it slowly, resulting in a golden, fragrant crust with a moist and delicate interior that leaves one wondering: Is there pudding added? The answer is surprisingly no, but the texture is quite similar, hence the name. They also offer a rare "Homemade Fresh Milk Yogurt Cup," made from Kuang Chuan’s aromatic milk, free of chemical additives, pure and natural—often, customers order three cups at a time.
