Xinmingjin Food Restaurant (Xinming Fresh Simple Fast Food) Introduction
Xinmingjin Bitter Tea Oil is a restaurant that specializes in gourmet food while ensuring the safety of its oil sources during food safety crises. They specifically grow bitter tea trees and produce their own oil, which not only guarantees food safety but also promotes locally sourced Taiwanese oil products. The Xinmingjin Bitter Tea Oil is made from self-cultivated and harvested Taiwanese bitter tea seeds, with the oil fields located in the picturesque Liuchong Creek community in Baisha District, Tainan City. The planting process strictly avoids the use of herbicides and chemical fertilizers, and the product is certified by SGS, ensuring it contains no heavy metals or pesticide residues. Harvesting is done traditionally by hand and dried using sun-drying methods, with oil extraction performed using cold-pressed techniques to retain the high-quality aroma and characteristics of bitter tea oil. With a high smoke point and stable quality, it is suitable for various cooking methods, such as frying, sautéing, boiling, deep-frying, and cold dressing, making it an excellent aid in kitchen cooking. The product is priced at NT$1,200 (500ml/bottle) (product images are for reference only; prices and products are subject to actual items).
