New Mingjin Food Restaurant (New Ming Fresh Simple Fast Food) Introduction
Xinmingjin Bitter Tea Oil is a culinary restaurant that ensures oil source safety, especially during food safety crises, by cultivating bitter tea trees and producing their own oil. This not only assures food safety but also promotes local Taiwanese oil products. Xinmingjin Bitter Tea Oil is made from self-cultivated and harvested Taiwanese bitter tea seeds, with the oil field located in the beautiful surroundings of the Liuchongxi Tribe in Baihe District, Tainan City. The cultivation process strictly avoids the use of herbicides and chemical fertilizers, receiving SGS certification for being free of heavy metals and pesticide residues. The harvesting is done traditionally by hand and sun-dried, with the oil extracted through a cold pressing method, preserving the high-quality aroma and characteristics of the bitter tea oil. With a high smoke point and stable quality, it is suitable for all types of cooking, including frying, stir-frying, boiling, deep-frying, and cold mixing, making it a great helper in the kitchen. The product is priced at NT$1,200 (500ml/bottle) (product images are for reference only; prices and products are subject to actual items).
