MORI YAMA by Huan Shi Hao Su Introduction

At the Central First Commercial Plaza roundabout, near the 1,250-meter elevation Tea Aroma Chiayi Fountain roundabout, there is a hidden small roundabout adorned with eight arches in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, and white. Surrounded by distinctive buildings, it creates a unique atmosphere. The correct name is Central First Commercial Plaza, which once thrived but now exhibits a serene, secluded charm, standing apart from the bustling Cultural Road Night Market that separates two worlds. The travel platform "Island Walks" has transformed this over 40-year-old hair salon into the Chiayi New Ertung Cultural Base, featuring the "Huan Shi Hao Shi" shared space. At the opening, a limited-time afternoon tea was hosted, inviting the tea farming brand "MORIYAMA" from Xi Ding, which grows natural, additive-free high mountain tea at 1,250 meters elevation using organic fertilizer and environmentally friendly methods, to showcase its tea at the foot of Alishan. MORIYAMA will not only fill Chiayi's historical district with aromatic tea but also introduce desserts from the famous Kadoya Tea House in Tainan, providing a cross-regional afternoon tea experience in the beautifully arc-shaped retro-modern space of an old residence, offering the essence of the Jianan Plain.
