At the Central First Market roundabout, located at an elevation of 1,250 meters near the fragrant tea fountain roundabout in Chiayi, there is a hidden roundabout featuring eight arches in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, purple, and white, surrounded by a cluster of buildings that create a unique space. The correct name for this location is Central First Market, which was once bustling but now appears tranquil and isolated, separated by two worlds from the bustling cultural night market. The travel platform "Island Walk" has transformed a hair salon that has been in operation for over 40 years into the Chiayi New Cultural Base, offering a shared space called "Huan Shi Hao Room." The inaugural limited-time afternoon tea features tea from the brand "MORIYAMA," located in Xiding, which grows high mountain tea at an altitude of 1,250 meters using organic fertilizers and environmentally friendly methods, providing natural, additive-free tea at the foot of Alishan. MORIYAMA will not only fill the historical district of Chiayi with the fragrance of tea but also introduce desserts from the famous Kadoya Tea House in Tainan, creating a cross-domain afternoon tea experience in a beautifully arched vintage space that showcases the essence of the Jinan Plain.
