Puff Puff Introduction
Yunshan Peach Puff is hidden in an alley under the name of Pai Pai Puff, dedicated to the development and promotion of puffs. In addition to its store in Chiayi, it also pop-ups irregularly across Taiwan, hoping to give everyone the chance to taste Pai Pai Puff. The introduced "Yunshan Peach Puff" uses locally grown fruit "Peach" from Chiayi, with a filling made from just two ingredients: "Japanese fresh milk" and "peach puree," formulated in the best golden ratio for a smooth and fragrant taste. The simple cloud shape has no extravagant decorations; not only does it look like a cloud, but the texture is also light, as if one is chewing on a cloud, conveying a pure intention to promote Chiayi's local specialties.
