Yunshan Peach Cream Puff is nestled within the alley of Paipai Puff, dedicated to the development and promotion of cream puffs. In addition to the store in Chiayi, they will pop up in various locations throughout Taiwan from time to time, hoping to give everyone the opportunity to taste Paipai Puff. The "Yunshan Peach Cream Puff" uses locally grown "peaches" from Chiayi's small farmers, with a filling made from just two simple ingredients: "Japanese fresh milk" and "peach fruit," blended in the optimal golden ratio for a smooth and fragrant experience. The simple cloud shape has no extravagant decorations; not only does it look like a cloud, but it also feels light when bitten into, as if chewing on clouds, embodying a sincere desire to promote the local specialties of Chiayi.
