Yunshan Peach Puff is hidden in the alley as "Papai Puff," dedicated to the research and promotion of puffs. In addition to its store in Chiayi, it also occasionally pops up in various locations across Taiwan, hoping to give everyone the chance to taste Papai Puff. The "Yunshan Peach Puff" uses local fruits, specifically the "Peach" grown by small farmers in Chiayi, with filling made from just two simple ingredients: "Japanese fresh cream" and "Peach fruit," mixed in the best golden ratio to create a smooth and fragrant experience. The simple cloud-shaped design has no extravagant decorations; not only does it look like a cloud, but taking a bite feels light as if you're chewing on a cloud, conveying a sincere effort to promote the local specialties of Chiayi.
