Puff Puffs Introduction
Yunyan Peach Puff is hidden within the alleys of Paipai Puff, dedicated to the development and promotion of puffs. In addition to its store in Chiayi, it frequently pops up across Taiwan, hoping to give everyone the opportunity to taste Paipai Puffs. The "Yunyan Peach Puff" uses locally grown fruit "Peach" from small farms in Chiayi, with the filling made from just two simple ingredients: "Japanese raw milk" and "Peach fruit," blended in the perfect golden ratio to create a smooth and fragrant texture. The simple cloud shape lacks elaborate decorations; not only does it visually resemble a cloud, but it also feels light and airy when you bite into it, as if you're chewing on clouds, embodying a heartfelt simplicity in promoting Chiayi's local specialties.
