Yunxian Peach Cream Puff is hidden in a small alley known as Paipai Puff, dedicated to the development and promotion of cream puffs. In addition to its store in Chiayi, it also sporadically pops up in various locations across Taiwan, aiming to give everyone the opportunity to taste Paipai Puff. The "Yunxian Peach Cream Puff" uses locally grown fruits "Peach" from Chiayi, with the filling made from just two simple ingredients, "Japanese Fresh Milk" and "Peach Fruit," prepared in the best golden ratio for a smooth and fragrant taste. The simple cloud-shaped design has no extravagant decorations, and not only does it look like a cloud, but it also feels light when bitten into, as if you are chewing on a cloud, conveying a desire to promote the local characteristics of Chiayi.
