Puff Puffs Introduction
Yunshan Peach Puff is hidden in an alley under the name of Pei Pei Puff, dedicated to the development and promotion of puffs. In addition to its location in Chiayi, it also pops up regularly across Taiwan, hoping to give everyone a chance to taste Pei Pei Puff. The "Yunshan Peach Puff" uses locally grown fruit "Peach" from small farmers in Chiayi, and the filling is made with just two simple ingredients: "Japanese fresh milk" and "Peach fruit," blended in the perfect golden ratio for a smooth and fragrant taste. The simple cloud shape has no extravagant decorations; not only does it look like a cloud, but it also feels light when bitten, as if chewing on a cloud, expressing a pure intention to promote the local specialties of Chiayi.
