In addition to its store in Chiayi, it occasionally pops up in various locations across Taiwan, hoping to give everyone the chance to taste Paipai Cream Puffs. The featured "Yunxian Peach Cream Puff" uses local fruits, "Peaches," grown by small farmers in Chiayi. The filling is made from just two simple ingredients: "Japanese fresh cream" and "Peach pulp," mixed in the perfect golden ratio for a smooth and fragrant taste. The simple cloud shape has no fancy decorations, not only resembling a cloud in appearance but also feeling light when bitten, as if one is chewing on a cloud. This reflects a simple intention to promote the local characteristics of Chiayi.
