In the early days, "Beidou Uncle" would carry a small basket and sell meatballs and lamb soup under the large banyan tree at the intersection. From "Beidou Uncle" to the present, the store has been passed down through three generations and has focused solely on selling meatballs and lamb soup for over seventy years. The owner is dedicated to preserving the traditional flavors passed down through the family, just like the sturdy banyan tree that continues to stand, guarding the old-fashioned tastes handed down by the grandfather.
