In the beginning, "Beidou Uncle" sold meatballs and lamb soup from a small shoulder pole under the large banyan tree at the intersection. From "Beidou Uncle" to the present, the business has been passed down through three generations, maintaining a focus on just meatballs and lamb soup for over seventy years. The dedicated owner insists on preserving the traditional flavors handed down through the family, much like the large banyan tree that stands tall and steadfast, guarding the old-fashioned taste passed down from the grandfather.
