At the beginning, "Beidou Uncle" carried a small shoulder pole and sold meatballs and lamb soup under the large banyan tree at the intersection. From "Beidou Uncle" to now, the business has been passed down through three generations, and for over seventy years, it has only sold meatballs and lamb soup. The owner is devoted to maintaining the traditional flavors passed down through generations, just like that sturdy banyan tree that still stands tall, guarding the traditional tastes handed down by grandpa.
