Right next to the Fisherman's Wharf is Hua Rong Seafood Restaurant, where the owner, Hsu Hua-Jie, along with his two sons, serves exquisite dishes that have led to a strong word-of-mouth reputation and online recommendations. With thirteen years of accumulated credibility, it, like the Fisherman's Wharf, is a favorite among high-end food tourists. Hua Rong Restaurant overlooks the Wan-Gang Fishing Port, which is known for its professional oyster farming, differing from the Fisherman's Wharf, which focuses on fishing.
