Xikou Traditional Pig's Blood Soup Introduction
Located on Zhongxia Street in Xikou Township, Xikou Traditional Pork Blood Soup is a nostalgic delicacy that has been passed down for over half a century. This stand was originally run by Ms. Zheng Furong and her husband. Because of its rich flavor and generous ingredients, it has evolved from a roadside stall into a beloved part of the daily lives of the locals in Xikou over the decades. To ensure this great taste continues to be shared, the Zheng couple passed the business on to their brother and sister-in-law before their retirement. Currently, the sister-in-law, Ms. Wu Qionghui, is in charge of the kitchen and has maintained the traditional methods, allowing this classic Xikou snack to continue delighting the taste buds of many food lovers.
