Located on Zhongxiao Street in Xikou Township, Xikou Traditional Pig's Blood Soup has been a nostalgic delicacy passed down for over half a century. This stall was originally run by Ms. Zheng Furong and her husband. Due to its rich flavors and generous ingredients, it has endured for decades, becoming a beloved taste in the daily lives of locals despite originally being operated from a roadside cart. To continue passing on this great flavor, the Zheng couple handed the stall over to their brother and sister-in-law before retiring. Currently, the sister-in-law, Ms. Wu Qionghui, is responsible for the kitchen and maintains the traditional methods, allowing this classic Xikou snack to continue satisfying the taste buds of many food enthusiasts.
