Xikou Traditional Pig Blood Soup Introduction
Located on Chongxiao Street in Xikou Township, Xikou Traditional Pig's Blood Soup has been a nostalgic delicacy for over sixty years. This stall was originally managed by Ms. Zheng Furong and her husband. Due to its rich flavor and generous ingredients, it has become a beloved taste in the daily lives of local residents in Xikou, even though it started as a roadside stall with just a cart and has endured for decades. To ensure this great taste continues, the Zheng couple handed the stall over to their brother and sister-in-law before retiring. Currently, the sister-in-law, Ms. Wu Qionghui, is in charge of cooking and maintains the traditional methods, allowing this Xikou traditional snack to continue satisfying the taste buds of many food lovers.
