Xikou Traditional Pig Blood Soup Introduction
Located on Zhongxiao Street in Xikou Township, Xikou Traditional Pork Blood Soup is a nostalgic delicacy that has been inherited for more than half a century. This stall was originally run by Ms. Zheng Furong and her husband. Due to its rich flavor and generous ingredients, it has become a beloved taste in the daily lives of the locals in Xikou, despite originally being operated from a roadside stall. To continue passing down this great flavor, the Zheng couple passed the stall on to their brother and sister-in-law before retirement. Currently, the sister-in-law, Ms. Wu Qionghui, who is in charge of the kitchen, maintains the traditional methods, allowing this dish to continue satisfying the palates of many food lovers.
