Xikou Traditional Pig Blood Soup Introduction
Located on Zhongxiao Street in Xikou Township, Xikou Traditional Pig Blood Soup has been a nostalgic delicacy for over sixty years. This stall was originally run by Ms. Zheng Furong and her husband. Due to its rich flavor and generous ingredients, it has remained a beloved taste in the daily lives of local residents, even though it originally operated from a roadside cart. To ensure that this delightful taste continues, the Zheng couple passed the stall to their younger brother and sister-in-law before their retirement. Currently, the sister-in-law, Ms. Wu Qionghui, is in charge of the kitchen and maintains the traditional methods, allowing this beloved Xikou snack to continue satisfying the palates of many food enthusiasts.
