Sister A-Zhen's Traditional Cuisine Introduction
Located at the entrance of Xikou Vegetable Market, Sister A-Jen's traditional cuisine has been in business for twenty years. Although there is no ornate decoration, the restaurant is filled with the rich aroma familiar to every food lover, thanks to the owner's and their spouse's commitment to traditional flavors. The meat thick soup, rice cake, fried spare ribs, and other soups are all worth trying. It is worth mentioning that the "Grandma's Taro Cake" is only made on Tuesdays and Saturdays. This signature dish is inherited from the couple who once worked as catering chefs. Now in its third generation, everything from the filling to the outer skin is handmade, with no chemical additives. Each piece is full of stuffing and has a unique flavor, while the outer skin is very fragrant and chewy. Customers describe it as "eating it makes you nostalgic, not eating it makes you miss it." To serve more customers, the restaurant now offers ordering and delivery for Taro Cake and Fried Spare Ribs. Customers are welcome to place orders.
