At first glance, the character "啟" might lead one to mistakenly think it refers to "Tainan Yi Mian," but it is actually named after the owner's father's name, Huang Qinan. Locals refer to it as "Qinan Yi Mian." The most popular dish in the restaurant is the dry Yi Mian, which is made from high-gluten flour, resulting in noodles that are especially smooth and chewy.
