Heritage of Dad's Good Noodles Located on Minquan Road in Minxiong Township, a restaurant named "Qinan Yi Mian" has a history of forty years. At first glance, the character "啟" might lead one to mistakenly think it refers to "Tainan Yi Mian," but it is actually named after the owner's father, Huang Qinan. The locals fondly call it "Qinan Yi Mian." The star dish here is the dry Yi Mian, made from high-gluten flour, resulting in particularly smooth and chewy noodles.
