Xikou Ice Shop Introduction
Established in 1994, Xikou Ice Shop was originally started by the owner to take care of their children while running a bubble tea shop at home. In August 1994, the shop transformed into an ice shop. To provide the best ice treats for customers, the owner insists on manually simmering various ingredients daily, and even the syrup is stir-fried with wood fire to ensure that every bite has a refreshing, natural taste.
