Founded in 1994, Xikou Ice Shop was originally started by the owner to take care of their children while running a bubble tea shop from home. In August 1994, the shop transitioned to focus on making ice treats. To provide the best ice products to customers, the owner insists on boiling various ingredients by hand every day, and even the syrup is made using firewood for frying, hoping that every bite tastes naturally refreshing.
