Xikou Ice Shop Introduction
Established in 1994, Xikou Ice Shop was originally started by the owner to take care of their children while running a bubble tea shop at home. In August 1994, the shop transformed into an ice shop. To provide the best ice products for customers, the owner insists on boiling various ingredients by hand every day, even using firewood to prepare the syrup, hoping that every bite customers take will have a naturally refreshing taste. Currently, the shop offers a variety of ice products, including shaved ice, egg fluff ice, snowflake ice, and lemon slush, making it a must-visit when in Xikou.
