Founded in 1994, Xikou Ice Shop was originally started by the owner to take care of their children while running a bubble tea shop at home. Later, in August 1994, the owner transitioned to running an ice shop.
To provide the best ice products for customers, the owner insists on manually cooking various ingredients every day, and even the syrup is prepared using firewood, ensuring that every bite offers a natural and refreshing taste.
