Xikou Ice Shop Introduction
Established in 1994, Xikou Ice Shop was originally started by the owner to take care of their children while running a bubble tea shop at home. Later, in August 1994, it transitioned to an ice shop. To provide the best ice products for customers, the owner insists on manually cooking various ingredients every day, even making the syrup using firewood, hoping that every bite customers take will have a naturally refreshing taste. Currently, the shop offers a variety of ice products, including shaved ice, egg foam ice, snowflake ice, and lemon slush, making it a must-try when visiting Xikou.
