Mercato Pizza comes from the passionate Penghu and offers high-quality seafood pizzas. It is also the first cloud pizza specialty store in Taiwan. In 2019, the owner Liya traveled to Naples, Italy, to learn the trendy "cloud dough" style, which is inherited from the traditional Neapolitan pizza thin crust. The dough is made from Italian flour and sourdough, going through two fermentations and three processes. The crust is topped with carefully selected ingredients and baked in an imported Italian oven, resulting in a unique leopard-spotted crust. The pizza crust is airy, soft, chewy, and incredibly satisfying to bite into. We diligently focus on the details of pizza-making to provide you with the best quality! We hope you will enjoy it :)
