Walking into Wu A-mei's Da Ge Fa Li Culinary Workshop, you are greeted by a large red-themed wall decoration with black totems that exude the owner's passion. Visitors can experience a full-on atmosphere with stone slab floors, bamboo curtains, and wicker tableware while enjoying delicious dishes such as "Qinafu," "Inapilang," "Stone Slab Barbecue," and "Pumpkin Rice." However, she has also incorporated her own research and creativity, transforming traditional mochi and taro cakes into innovative pumpkin and taro desserts, which have received much acclaim. Since the owner was a nurse in the past, she places great importance on health and taste, carefully preparing meals that satisfy the palate while also taking care of health.
