The owner was originally a career soldier serving for many years in the military headquarters at a high command unit. Unable to bear seeing the traditional restaurant run by their aging parents in Pingtung being overwhelmed by the ever-changing trends, they resolutely left the bustling and prosperous Taipei, gave up the coveted stable military job, and returned to their humble hometown. With the vision in their mind, they built the dream estate solely by relying on their dreams and their amateur hands, without depending on professional designers or hiring skilled craftsmen.
