The owner was originally a professional soldier working at the military headquarters for many years. However, unable to bear seeing his elderly parents struggling to manage their traditional restaurant in Pingtung in the south, which was being overwhelmed by the ever-changing trends, he resolutely left the bustling and prosperous Taipei. He gave up the enviable military job and returned to his simple hometown, relying on his vision to build his dream estate.
