The owner, a professional military personnel who had served for many years in a high command unit, decided to leave the bustling and prosperous Taipei to return to his humble hometown. This decision was driven by his unwillingness to see his elderly parents struggling with their traditional restaurant in Pingtung, which was being overshadowed by rapidly changing trends. He gave up the enviable stability of a military career to build his dream estate based on a vision he held dear.
