Jinshan First Mamalou Specialty Store offers handmade mamalou made fresh daily. It is made from pure malt without preservatives, colorings, or artificial flavors. The texture is crispy and soft, not sticky to the teeth, making it very suitable for children and the elderly. In addition, to promote local agricultural products, thin slices of sweet potato and taro from Jinshan are baked into chips and wrapped around the mamalou, integrating the most natural and authentic flavors into this traditional delicacy without any artificial colors or flavors. Currently, there are ten flavors: black sesame, white sesame, seaweed, coconut milk, pumpkin seeds, almonds, peanuts, rice mamalou, sweet potato, and taro, which are all Jinshan specialties.
