Made purely from malt, the candies contain no preservatives, coloring agents, or artificial flavors. Additionally, to promote local agricultural products, the shop specially slices sweet potatoes and taros produced in Jinshan into thin pieces, bakes them into crispy chips, and wraps them around the malt candies. Without adding any artificial colors or flavors, the shop integrates the most natural and authentic taste into traditional snacks. Currently, there are ten flavors available: black sesame, white sesame, seaweed, coconut milk, pumpkin seeds, almonds, peanuts, rice malt candy, sweet potato, and taro, which are specialties of Jinshan.
