Zheng Yuzhen (Longshan Branch) Introduction
Established in the 13th year of the Guangxu reign, "Fengyan Cake" is a product developed by our ancestor Zheng Chui, which won the Gold Medal in Tokyo during the Taisho era of Japanese rule. Snacks such as flaky pastries, phoenix cakes, stone flower cakes, pineapple cakes, and mung bean cakes also received food gold medals during the Japanese occupation.
