Aiyongshi (Noodle Shop Yong) Introduction
"Mian Dan Yong" is the title given to the owner's great-grandfather by locals, and it has been passed down to the fourth generation with nearly eighty years of history. Today, it has become an old store filled with childhood memories for many of the older generation in the area. Many of the ingredients in the store are purely handmade, such as shrimp balls, meatballs, fried rolls, sausages, shrimp, and meat dumplings, all produced under the great-grandfather's insistence on a strictly handmade, non-outsourced philosophy.
