Pig Trotter A Bucket Goose Introduction
Located in Fengtou Shuijiao Kouhu Shuijing Village, the owner was originally a pig farmer. In order to share this low-profile delicacy "Family Recipe Bucket Goose" with others, the abandoned pigpen was transformed into a unique themed restaurant to present the authentic taste of bucket goose. The bucket goose uses locally sourced golden corn geese, which are slowly roasted over charcoal with simple seasoning, resulting in a crispy skin and tender, juicy meat.
