Originally located in the Er-Kong military dependents' village in Rende District, Er-Kong Zhao's Sausage has relocated to the East District following the village's demolition. The preparation and flavors are inherited from the excellent craftsmanship of the owner’s mother, adhering to traditional methods throughout the years. The shop currently offers various types of sausages, including original, Sichuan, tofu, and signature curry, all made from high-quality chilled pork combined with curry powder, various special spices, and a proprietary formula, without any food additives. Upon tasting, the meat is fresh, sweet, and firm with an enchanting aroma. All meat products are vacuum packaged, and the store provides a full cold chain delivery service at 4 degrees Celsius, allowing consumers to easily experience Zhao's commitment to quality and deliciousness at home.
