Xiao Ye Pudding Introduction

Mr. Yeh worked in hardware trading in Japan in his early years. In his spare time, he would explore various bread and dessert options. During his vacations, he also enjoyed making desserts, with pudding being his favorite. Pudding is simple to make and uses easily obtainable ingredients, but making what seems like a simple dessert can be quite challenging. The texture and aroma of the pudding vary based on temperature, ratios, and baking time. To create the perfect pudding, Mr. Yeh experimented with thousands of different ratios and combinations before finally developing a delicious baked pudding with a golden ratio. In 2008, he returned to Taiwan and opened Little Yeh Pudding. Unlike most puddings available on the market that contain food additives, Little Yeh Pudding stands out because it contains no additives at all. It is made using only the most natural ingredients: eggs, milk, and sugar. Every step, from mixing and filling cups to baking and packaging, is done by hand. Little Yeh Pudding was awarded one of Tainan’s top ten souvenirs for two consecutive years from 2011 to 2012, receiving recognition and assurance from the Tainan City Government, allowing consumers to purchase and enjoy it with confidence.
