The owner personally selects fresh clams, mussels, and grass shrimp, which are seafood delicacies not to be missed. Combined with the restaurant's unique noodles, this creates the Dragon King Seafood Clam Noodles, bursting with fresh and sweet ocean flavors. The Ganquan Fish Noodles began when some pioneers went to the mainland to learn fish noodle techniques. Initially, the noodles were made from fish, but to cater to local tastes, they were gradually improved to become the specially crafted noodles that resemble ramen in texture today.
