Ganquan Fish Noodles Introduction
The specially crafted noodles cater to the Taiwanese palate with a sweet yet non-greasy seafood broth. Additionally, the owner personally selects fresh clams, mussels, and grass shrimp, among other seafood delicacies, which, when paired with the restaurant's unique noodles, create a dish bursting with fresh and sweet ocean flavors known as Dragon King Seafood Clam Noodles. The Ganquan Fish Noodles originated from pioneers who went to the mainland to learn fish noodle techniques. Initially, the noodles were made from fish paste, but to better suit local tastes, they were gradually improved and transformed into the unique noodles we have today, which resemble ramen in texture.
