Kang Hsi Township has an area of approximately 18 hectares dedicated to strawberry cultivation, mainly distributed along County Road 118 and also along Taiwan Provincial Highway 3. It is the largest strawberry farming area in Hsinchu County. The strawberries in Kang Hsi are not limited to soil cultivation; they are primarily grown using the hole planting method, resulting in larger fruit and better quality.
