Kansai Relationship Experiment Life No. 1 Store Introduction
Entering the Kuanxi Relationship Experiment Living No. 1 store, you are greeted by a strong rustic flavor in its wooden tables and chairs, along with an old loft-style space. The extensive renovation of this old house was personally undertaken by the owner Liu Qiuping and her family, who are driven by a spirit of experimentation, embarking on a unique journey of courage. The store is named Kuanxi Relationship Experiment Living No. 1 not because they wish to open more branches, but in hopes that by settling down in their hometown, more people will be willing to pursue their dreams in Kuanxi Old Street, continuing the passion and eventually opening their own No. 2 and No. 3 stores. Liu Qiuping stated, “What I want to achieve by creating this space is the concept of collaboration among people, not belonging to just one person.” Thus, they combine the craftsmanship of local mothers, adopting a reservation system to carefully prepare a menu-less slow-food cuisine. Integrated with local Hakka dishes, one standout is the “Signature Salad Egg Roll,” which wraps seaweed, vegetables, and egg crepes in Hakka rice noodles. Its healthy and refreshing flavor keeps many coming back for more! This creative dish is a product developed collaboratively by the community mothers, perfectly aligning with the original intention of Kuanxi Relationship Experiment Living No. 1 to foster cooperation. The owner herself loves independent music, and this space provides a stage for independent music creation and performers to express their music and ideas.
