They embrace a spirit of experimentation and have embarked on a unique journey of courage. The store is named Guanxi Relationship Experiment Life No. 1 not because they plan to open more branches, but because they hope to take root in their hometown, encouraging more people to realize their dreams in Guanxi Old Street, continuing the passion to establish other people's No. 2 and No. 3 stores... Liu Qiuping states, “The primary goal in creating this space is to embody the concept of collaboration among people, not just belonging to one individual.” By integrating the skills of local mothers, the store operates by reservation and carefully prepares slow food with no set menu. Incorporating local Hakka dishes, along with a creative twist, the “signature salad egg silk rice roll,” wraps seaweed, vegetables, and egg skin in Hakka rice noodles, offering a healthy and refreshing taste that leaves many craving for more!
