Tiande Hall Introduction
Tiande Hall was jointly built by local military and political figures as well as wealthy businessmen, and it is the largest temple of Tiande religion in Taiwan, housing the formless ancient Buddha. The Tiande religion believes in a concept of "Dao" rather than idol worship. Tiande Hall is located on the west side of Songbailing, and after renovations, the square allows for kite flying and play. The ancient path downhill is also a great place for local residents to exercise in the morning and take walks in the evening. The square in front of the temple offers a view of Nanshi Fishing Harbor and the wind power plant, making it an excellent viewpoint widely shared among the public.
