Fule Leisure Fishing Village Introduction
The Hsinchu District Fishery Association's black mullet farming class is located in the Bazikou tidal flat reclamation area. Its groundbreaking all-female breeding technology has significantly increased the yield and value of black mullet, making Bazikou the first area in the nation to harvest and the largest black mullet farming area in northern Taiwan. Bazikou boasts a unique and high-quality water environment, and the black mullet roe produced here is fully sun-dried and naturally air-dried with Hsinchu's unique "Jiou-Jiang Wind," resulting in the highest quality in Taiwan.
