Fule Leisure Fishing Village Introduction

The Hsinchu Fishing Association's black mullet breeding class is located at the Bazikou tidal flat, utilizing breakthrough all-female breeding technology that significantly enhances the yield and value of black mullet. This makes Bazikou the first in the country to harvest and the largest black mullet farming area in northern Taiwan. Bazikou boasts unique high-quality water, and the produced black mullet roe is fully sun-dried and complemented by the natural "Jiou-Jiang Wind" unique to Hsinchu, resulting in top-quality products in Taiwan.
