Shougaokeng Forest Road Introduction
The Shougang Checkpoint on the Shougang Forest Road is located at the border of Pingtung and Taitung. After being abandoned for many years, it has recently become a must-visit spot for cyclists traveling around the island via the South Link Highway. The checkpoint's wall and nearby signposts have been covered with signatures from cyclists, creating a unique scene along the Shougang route.
