Qingliang Ecological Farm Introduction

Qingliang Ecological Farm is located in Shangde Village, Donghe Township, Taitung County, known as the hometown of sapphire. The farm is situated in a uniquely blessed area that is very suitable for the development of organic agriculture. The farm is dedicated to the development of organic farming, respecting nature and avoiding the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides to grow organic fruits and vegetables in a healthy manner. The main crops include plums, cherries, and bitter tea. Signature products include Organic Q Plums, Sesame Oil Ginger, Organic Bitter Tea Oil, and Organic Cherries. The store's signature "Sesame Oil Ginger" was selected as one of the Top Ten Souvenirs and Specialty Foods in Taitung County in 2012. Sesame Oil Ginger: The origin of its name reflects how newlywed couples can have a relationship as well-matched as fragrant ginger and sesame oil, creating a unique and special taste due to their combination. This pairing, much like the union of newlyweds, enriches their lives together. Packaging design concept for Sesame Oil Ginger: The overall packaging design concept is inspired by the bamboo baskets used in Taiwan for early ginger harvests, presented in a hand-carry gift box format symbolizing two people moving forward together. A belt secures the gift box at the center, similar to how a ring binds two similar individuals together in marriage. The color tone reflects the hue of the fragrant ginger slices in sesame oil, highlighting the aroma of Qingliang Sesame Oil Ginger while stepping away from traditional sliced sesame oil ginger.
