Qingliang Ecological Farm Introduction

Qingliang Ecological Farm is located in Tongkuang (the hometown of sapphire), Shande Village, Donghe Township, Taitung County, where its unique environment is incredibly suitable for the development of organic farming. The farm is dedicated to organic farming practices that respect nature, avoiding chemical fertilizers and pesticides to cultivate organic fruits and vegetables in a healthy manner. The main crops include plums, loquats, and bitter tea. Featured products: Organic Q plum, sesame oil ginger, organic bitter tea oil, and organic plums. The signature "sesame oil ginger" was selected as one of the top ten travel souvenirs and specialty foods in Taitung County in 2012. Sesame oil ginger: The origin of sesame oil ginger lies in the idea that the relationship of newlyweds can be as harmonious as fried ginger and the sesame oil that accompanies it—offering a unique and special flavor profile derived from their union. This perfect pairing is akin to newlyweds, where their combination enriches their lives together. Packaging design concept: The overall packaging design concept is inspired by the bamboo baskets used for early ginger harvesting in Taiwan. The product is presented in a handheld gift box format, symbolizing two people walking hand in hand. The center of the product is secured with a belt, resembling how a ring binds two similar individuals together. The color scheme reflects the golden hue of sautéed ginger, highlighting the aroma of Qingliang sesame oil ginger and breaking away from traditional flat slices of sesame oil ginger.
