Qingliang Ecological Farm Introduction

Qingliang Ecological Farm is located in Donghe Township, Taitung County, in the village of Shangde, known for its copper mine (the hometown of sapphire). This unique location is particularly suitable for the development of organic agriculture. The farm is committed to organic farming practices that respect nature, avoiding chemical fertilizers and pesticides to grow organic fruits and vegetables in a healthy manner. Major crops include plums, prunes, and bitter tea seeds. Specialty products include Organic Q Plums, Sesame Oil Ginger, Organic Bitter Tea Oil, and Organic Plums. The signature product, "Sesame Oil Ginger," was selected as one of the Top Ten Souvenirs and Specialty Foods in Taitung County in 2012. Sesame Oil Ginger: The flavor of the sesame oil and ginger blend is as harmonious as the relationship between newlywed couples, symbolizing their unique and special bond. This connection is akin to that of newlyweds, enhancing the vibrancy of their life together. Packaging design concept: The overall packaging design draws inspiration from the bamboo baskets used in Taiwan for early ginger harvesting. The product is presented in a hand-carry gift box design, symbolizing two people moving forward hand in hand. A belt secures the gift box in the center, akin to how a ring unites two similar individuals. The color scheme reflects the hues of ginger fried in sesame oil, highlighting the fragrant aroma of Qingliang Sesame Oil Ginger, breaking away from traditional sliced sesame oil ginger.
