Huilan Bay Happy Farm Introduction
Huilan Bay Happy Farm is located in the Hualien Guanghua Leisure Park in Ji'an Township, Hualien County, covering an area of 45 hectares. The park is filled with sunflowers, ginger lilies, lotus flowers, and various other blooms. During the flower season, the vibrant display creates breathtaking scenery. It is currently open all day and free for visitors. Approaching the park, you will see marble sculptures featuring indigenous totems, as Hualien is renowned for its marble. Therefore, you'll find Hualien stone sculptural artworks throughout the park, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in an artistic atmosphere surrounded by stunning landscapes. What stands out the most in the Happy Farm are the small animals found throughout the area, such as peacocks and muntjacs in fenced enclosures. Although the sika deer are behind wooden barriers, they can still be interacted with closely. Not to mention, the small goats roaming the open grassy areas attract children who can't help but squat down to gently pet them, making it one of the most therapeutic leisure parks.
