This is a drink that brings back memories of grandma's flavors. Despite having 10 years of experience in the tea beverage industry, mastering the techniques of cooking healthy sugar and perfecting honey proportions, what the owner longs for the most is the hand-stirred black sugar made by their grandmother during their childhood. Thus, the idea was born to incorporate the hand-stirred black sugar, passed down through three generations, into beverages, finally developing a simple yet innovative black sugar health drink. The ingredients are sourced from Baoshan Sugar Industry, a century-old sugar factory in Hsinchu, supporting local small farmers for fresh milk, combining to create a rich tasting black sugar fresh milk, topped with chewable black sugar pearls, perfectly achieving the signature drink "Grandma's Signature" that draws customers with its charm.
