Sugar Grandma Introduction
This is a nostalgic drink reminiscent of grandmother's flavors. Despite having 10 years of experience in the tea beverage industry, mastering the art of boiling healthy sugars and perfecting the balance of honey, what haunts the owner the most is the hand-stirred brown sugar made by his grandmother in his childhood. Thus, the idea was born to incorporate this hand-stirred brown sugar, which has been passed down for three generations, into a beverage, leading to the development of a simple yet innovative healthy brown sugar drink. Using ingredients sourced from the century-old Baoshan Sugar Industry in Hsinchu and supporting local Taiwanese small-scale dairy farms for fresh milk, the combination creates a rich brown sugar fresh milk. Together with chewy brown sugar pearls, it perfectly embodies the signature charm of the shop's drink, "Grandma's Signature."
