This is a drink that evokes the flavors of grandmother's cooking. Despite having ten years of experience in the tea beverage industry, mastering the techniques of making healthy syrup and crafting perfect honey proportions, what the owner longs for the most is the hand-stirred brown sugar made by grandmother during childhood. Thus, the idea emerged to merge the hand-stirred brown sugar, which has been passed down for three generations, into a beverage, ultimately developing a simple yet innovative healthy brown sugar drink. The ingredients are sourced from a century-old sugar factory in Baoshan, Hsinchu, and the fresh milk supports local small farms in Taiwan. The combination creates a rich brown sugar fresh milk, complemented by chewy brown sugar pearls, perfectly achieving the signature drink "Grandma's Special" and its chain allure.
