Sugar Grandma Introduction
This is a drink that evokes the flavors of grandma's cooking. Despite having 10 years of experience in the tea beverage industry and being skilled in making healthy sugar and preparing the perfect honey mix, what the owner cherishes most are the hand-stirred brown sugars made by their grandmother during childhood. Thus, the idea was born to incorporate the hand-stirred brown sugar, passed down through three generations, into a beverage, leading to the development of a simple yet innovative brown sugar health drink. Using ingredients from the century-old Baoshan Sugar Factory in Hsinchu and supporting local small dairy farms in Taiwan for fresh milk, the combination creates a rich brown sugar fresh milk. Coupled with chewy brown sugar pearls, it perfectly showcases the signature drink "Grandma's Special," making it a chain sensation.
