Thus, the idea was born to incorporate the hand-stirred brown sugar passed down through three generations into the beverage, leading to the development of a rustic yet innovative healthy brown sugar drink. The ingredients are sourced from Baoshan Sugar Industry, a century-old sugar factory in Hsinchu, supporting local small farmers for fresh milk. The combination creates a rich and aromatic brown sugar fresh milk, further enhanced with chewy brown sugar pearls, perfectly achieving the signature drink "Grandma's Special" that draws customers in.
