The steady uphill climb is a characteristic of Trail No. 8. The first half of the trail is an access road, while the middle section features an acacia wooden pathway. Except for a slightly steep area near the Wind Moving Rock, the rest of the trail is like walking on flat ground. Most visitors hike from Trail No. 6 to Wind Moving Rock, and then return along this trail from top to bottom. It takes about 40 minutes to return from Wind Moving Rock to the trailhead, and approximately 20 minutes to walk back from the trailhead to the parking lot of Trail No. 6.
