Yongxin Pharmaceutical Museum Introduction
The Medical Foundation, in line with its mission, utilizes part of the space of Yongxin Sports Park on Tiezhun Mountain in Dajia District, Taichung City, as a museum base. The hexagonal structure of the "Yongxin Nursery" built in the 1980s has been transformed into an exhibition space, integrated with the facilities of the sports park, offering visitors a recreational place to enhance their bodies, activate their brains, and purify their souls. The museum aims to communicate concepts of promoting physical and mental health, understanding medications, and safe medication use through lively and interactive games, medication safety scenario simulations, introductions to the pharmaceutical process, and displays of pharmaceutical equipment. It also features a DIY experience classroom and a souvenir sales area, which DIY enthusiasts should not miss during their visit.
