Lin's Ancestral Hall of Filial Piety Introduction
This is dedicated to a virtuous woman – Lin, who was built by the Lin family. Lin was the daughter of Lin Guanghui from Zhongzhuang Village in the Da'an District. Due to her family's poverty, she was given to the Yu family as a child bride shortly after her birth. When Lin was twelve years old, her husband Yu Rongzhang sadly drowned. Her father hoped she would return home and remarry. However, Lin Chunniang couldn’t bear to abandon her mother-in-law. To care for her mother-in-law, she worked diligently at spinning and weaving, washing clothes, and doing odd jobs. Although her income was meager, she remained hardworking and never complained, often struggling to have enough to eat herself while saving the good food for her mother-in-law, subsisting on rice porridge. Her filial piety remained unwavering, and she was highly praised by the local community. Guided tour: □ Yes ■ No □ Reservation required
