Dajia Sampo Cultural Center - Yuzhenxin Guangming Flagship Store Introduction
"Butter Crisp" originally was one of the engagement pastries in the Dajia area. After Yu Chun Hsing Bakery replaced lard with natural butter and refined the recipe, the name "Butter Crisp" garnered fame through word of mouth among pilgrims and became known as one of the "Three Treasures of Dajia," alongside "Dajia Mazu" and "Dajia Straw Mat." The "Dajia Three Treasures Cultural Museum" is located on the upper floor of the Yu Chun Hsing flagship store, regularly displaying "Dajia Nostalgic Photos," "Dajia Straw Mat Weaving Scenes," "Traditional Butter Crisp Making Scenes," and sixteen wooden carvings of "Mazu's Life Story," while also holding cultural and artistic exhibitions from time to time.
