"Su Bing" originally refers to one of the engagement pastries in the Dajia area. After Yuzhenxin Bakery replaced lard with natural butter, it became refined and gained fame through word of mouth among devotees under the name "Butter Su Bing," and it is known as one of the "Three Treasures of Dajia" along with "Dajia Mazu" and "Dajia Hat Mat." The "Dajia Three Treasures Cultural Museum" is located on the second floor of the Yuzhenxin flagship store, with permanent exhibitions of "Dajia Nostalgic Photos," "Dajia Hat Mat Weaving Scenes," "Traditional Butter Su Bing Production Scenes," and sixteen wooden sculptures depicting "Mazu's Life Story," along with periodic cultural and artistic exhibitions.
