Father Does Not Know Son Cliff Introduction
Dongpu Cliff, also known as the Father-Son Cliff, is located at the entrance of the Batongguan Trail. It is a striking sheer cliff landscape formed by weathered shale. Due to its treacherous terrain, rockfalls are frequent, giving it a vivid name that implies that even a father and son walking together cannot support each other in this area. Although the section known as the Father-Son Cliff is extremely perilous to traverse, safety has been enhanced with the installation of gripping railings and ropes along the cliff.
