Jin Jie Fa Jian Pan Guo Introduction
This restaurant, Jinjiefa Pan-fried Rice Cake, is located on Beigang Old Street in Yunlin, right in front of Matsu Temple. It is one of the popular spots frequented by locals and tourists. Initially, the owner, Mr. Cai, operated a hardware store called "Jinjiefa Hardware," but as the traditional industry gradually declined, he shifted to selling pan-fried rice cakes for breakfast at the shop entrance. Because there was no official store name, many people began to refer to it directly as "Jinjiefa Pan-fried Rice Cake."
