Jin Jie Fa Pan Cake Introduction
Located in Beigang Old Street, Yunlin, in front of Matsu Temple, Jin Jiefa Pan-fried Rice Cake is one of the popular spots visited by both locals and tourists. The owner, Mr. Cai, initially opened a hardware store called "Jin Jiefa Hardware" here, but as traditional industries gradually declined, he shifted to selling pan-fried rice cakes for breakfast at the storefront. Since there was no official name for the stall, many people began to refer to it directly as "Jin Jiefa Pan-fried Rice Cake."
