Jin Jie Fa Jian Pan Guo Introduction
This restaurant, Jin Jie Fa Jian Pan Guo, is located in Beigang Old Street, Yunlin, in front of Matsu Temple. It is one of the popular spots frequented by locals and tourists alike. The owner, Mr. Cai, originally opened a hardware store called "Jin Jie Fa" here, but as traditional industries gradually declined, he switched to selling Jian Pan Guo for breakfast at the storefront. Because there was no official name for the stall, many people simply referred to it as "Jin Jie Fa Jian Pan Guo."
