The temple enshrines the main deity Prince Nezha and the副神 Sanfu King. It was founded in the 29th year of the Guangxu era (1883). The ancestors migrated from Meizhou in mainland China to establish the temple, which was renovated in September of the 55th year of the Republic of China (1966).
