Qitou Water Park Introduction
Qidou Water Park is located on Baisha Island. To reach Qidou Water Park, enter from the Banyan Tree entrance in Gangzi Village and walk past the aquarium. The water park is designed utilizing tidal variations and boasts a rich marine ecosystem. Inside, there are intertidal walking activity areas, a circular water play pool for tide variations, and children's play facilities, making it a multifunctional recreational area. The intertidal ecological walk is a relatively new tourism activity that allows visitors to experience catching marine life firsthand, providing a unique seaside recreation and meaningful educational experience. Qidou Water Park is combined with the Penghu Aquarium to form an ecological activity area, with an intertidal zone in front, making it an excellent place for knowledge learning on ecological tours. Qidou Village faces Yuandou Island across the sea, and the view from Qishan, located behind the community on the east side, is expansive, featuring one of the eight scenic spots of Baisha, "Qishan Sunrise." Next to the water park is the Qidou Harbor fishing port, which serves as the docking point for transportation and recreational boats to and from Bird Island and Yuandou.
