Chihkan Wharf Introduction
Chi Kan Pier is located in the northeastern part of Baisha Township, Penghu County. In recent years, with the popularity of water activities in the northern sea, Chi Kan Pier has become the busiest pier in Penghu. The county government has invested heavily in building a Northern Sea Tourist Service Center here, where most speedboats traveling to various islands in the northern sea dock. Inside the service center, there are charming murals, and a restaurant on the second floor for travelers to enjoy meals. It serves as the main gateway for taking speedboats to Jibei Island, Xianjiao Island, Mudu Island, and other northern sea vacation destinations. Chi Kan is also the autonomous area of Baisha Township, with nearby islands offering snorkeling, appreciating coral reef underwater scenery, fish feeding, water scooters, banana boats, and various other water activities. Additionally, Chi Kan Pier is the most important port for catching spotted mackerel in Baisha Township, with most of the spotted mackerel in Penghu being caught by the villagers of this village.
