Postal Museum Introduction
The Postal Museum was established on December 1, 1965, and officially opened to the public on March 20 of the following year, coinciding with the 70th anniversary of Chunghwa Post. The museum was created through minor renovations of the old office building located in Xindian, near the headquarters of the Postal Administration. Due to its remote location, the small size of the building, and planned roads that could not allow for expansion, the development of the museum faced significant limitations. To meet the needs of national cultural construction and the development of postal services, a 10-story building was constructed in Taipei City, located in Nankai Campus, and was completed and opened on National Day in 1984.
