Yang Yingfeng Museum of Fine Arts Introduction
The Yang Yingfeng Art Museum is located in the culturally rich Nanhai Academy in Taipei City, near major cultural institutions such as the National Museum of History, the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, and the Taipei Botanical Garden, all contributing to a vibrant atmosphere of art and academia. The museum hosts several annual retrospectives of Yang Yingfeng's works and a special exhibition for artist exchanges, along with irregular national and international collaborative exhibitions. It also organizes humanities and arts lectures, cultural activities, and workshops for young artists to promote arts engagement. Art is enhanced by experience, and everything begins with sharing. The aim is to realize a life infused with art and to make daily life more meaningful. 'Using' art is the most direct way to experience it. Through the original and thoughtfully designed works by artists, the museum develops practical and aesthetic daily items and gifts that allow people to fully appreciate the application of aesthetics in life. The art space is a multifunctional venue that combines culture, life, aesthetics, creativity, and rental services. Here, you can read, take a break, enjoy coffee, listen to life experiences, or attend knowledge-sharing art lectures. The spirit and content of humanities and arts have always been our goal, warmly inviting friends or book clubs to gather and engage in cultural exchanges and development. On the third floor, the museum holds three annual thematic exhibitions dedicated to Yang Yingfeng, while the basement features the permanent exhibition of the Yang Yingfeng Story Museum. This permanent exhibition area presents historical materials and records of Yang Yingfeng's creative journey, allowing the public to experience a time-travel atmosphere and understand the summary of Yang Yingfeng's life. Additionally, there are irregular national and international collaborative exhibitions and related humanities and arts lectures, cultural activities, and workshops for young artists.
