The "Hakka Cultural Theme Park in Taipei" serves as a venue for Taipei residents to understand Hakka culture and as a recreational place. The park features a "Cross-Levee Platform" equipped with pedestrian walkways and bike ramps, connecting 108 hectares of riverside green space, the NTU Gongguan business district, the NTU Shuiyuan campus, the Water Department Park, and the Treasure Hill Community Arts Center.
