Nanchuan Noodle House Introduction
Located next to the Yonghe District Office, Nanchuan Noodle House is an old-fashioned Sichuan-style noodle restaurant in Yonghe, with branches in Xindian and Taipei City on Heping East Road. It has been established for nearly 40 years. Nanchuan Noodle House differs from modern noodle restaurants that focus on decoration; upon entering, customers are greeted by an atmosphere reminiscent of the 1970s, creating an anticipation of tasting traditional flavors. The noodles at Nanchuan Noodle House have a chewier texture compared to regular noodles, and whether served in beef noodle soup, pig’s trotter noodle soup, or pickled mustard greens and shredded pork noodles, they perfectly complement the various broths.
