Nan Chuan Noodle House Introduction
Nanchuan Noodle House, located next to Yonghe District Office, is an old-fashioned Sichuan-style noodle restaurant in Yonghe, with branches in Xindian and on Heping East Road in Taipei City. It has been established for nearly 40 years. Nanchuan Noodle House is quite different from modern noodle shops that emphasize decoration; upon entering, customers are greeted by an atmosphere reminiscent of the 1960s, creating an expectation of tasting traditional flavors. The noodles at Nanchuan Noodle House have a chewier texture compared to ordinary noodles, and when served in various broths, such as beef noodle soup, pig trotters noodle soup, and shredded pickled mustard greens with pork noodle soup, they present a perfect harmony.
