Founded nearly 40 years ago, Nan Chuan Noodle House offers a different experience compared to modern noodle shops that focus on decor. Upon entering, guests are greeted by the nostalgic ambiance reminiscent of the 1970s in Taiwan, creating an expectation of tasting traditional flavors.
