Jiahe New Village: A Military Dependents' Village With Architectural Features from Different Eras Jiahe New Village was originally the base for the Joint Logistics Command Communication Maintenance Factory. After 1956, the original factory buildings were converted into military dependents' quarters, officially transforming it into a military dependents' village. Over the years, the functions of the space have continuously changed, serving as recreational and military facilities before becoming residential homes. Today, it has evolved into a cultural space that carries on the spirit of the military dependents' village.
