Zhongxiao Dock Introduction

Zhongxiao Wharf is located about 300 meters downstream of the Zhongxiao Bridge in Sanchong District, adjacent to the Dadaocheng Wharf in Taipei across the river. Its main feature is the eight brightly colored fixed poles, each topped with a wind speed measuring device designed in the shape of a goose, echoing the nearby Huajiang Goose Protection Area theme. In the evening, the wharf presents a stunning view with clouds changing in an array of colors. In recent years, it has become a popular spot for photography enthusiasts to capture morning and evening scenes. It is recommended to rent a bicycle here to visit the next attraction, "Duck Landscape Art Park," and then return in the late evening to capture the enchanting twilight scenery. The eight colorful fixed poles at Zhongxiao Wharf stand out prominently, with the back few serving as wind speed measuring devices designed to resemble geese in response to the Huajiang Goose Protection Area, making it a popular photography location for both morning and evening scenes.
