Zhongxiao Pier Introduction

Zhongxiao Dock is located about 300 meters downstream from Zhongxiao Bridge in Sanchong District, adjacent to Dadaocheng Wharf in Taipei City across the river. The main feature is eight brightly colored fixed pillars, with a wind speed measuring device shaped like a goose on top, echoing the theme of the nearby Huajiang Wetland Goose Protection Area. In the evening, the scenery around the dock is breathtaking, showcasing a variety of stunning cloud formations. In recent years, it has become a popular spot for photographers to capture morning and evening scenes. It is recommended to rent a bicycle here to visit the next attraction, "Duck Landscape Art Park," and return in the evening to photograph the charming twilight scenery. The eight colorful fixed pillars at Zhongxiao Dock are quite eye-catching, and several of them serve as wind speed measuring devices designed in the shape of a goose, in harmony with the Huajiang Wetland Goose Protection Area, making it a popular photography location for both morning and evening shots.
