Zhongxiao Pier Introduction
Zhongxiao Pier is located about 300 meters downstream of Zhongxiao Bridge in the Sanchong District, adjacent to the Dadaocheng Wharf in Taipei City across the river. Its main feature is eight brightly colored fixed posts, each topped with a duck-shaped anemometer to echo the theme of the nearby Huajiang Wetland Park. The scenery around the pier is stunning during the evening, offering a view of the ever-changing clouds. In recent years, it has become a popular spot for photography enthusiasts to capture morning and evening scenes. It's recommended to rent a bicycle here to head to the next attraction, the Duck Landscape Art Park, and return around sunset to photograph the charming evening scenery. The eight colorful fixed posts at Zhongxiao Pier are very eye-catching, with several behind serving as anemometers designed in the shape of ducks to resonate with the Huajiang Wetland Park, making it a favored location for morning and evening photography.
