Baihe Grandma's Rice Cake and Mi Tai Mu (Main Store) Introduction
Once upon a time in Baihe Township, Tainan County, there was an 85-year-old grandma who had been selling rice noodles and bowl cakes at the market for over 50 years. With no fancy packaging and no television coverage, the flavors she offered captivated anyone who took a bite, evoking nostalgic memories of childhood, laughter, and innocence as if returning to a bygone era.
